About the Design
This shirt is inspired by William the Silent, aka William of Orange, aka the leader of the Dutch rebellion against Spain that led to the Eighty Years' War that resulted in the Netherlands gaining their independence. Dutch people lovingly refer to him as the "father of the fatherland." Their national anthem was written about him. They celebrate the color orange because of him. So I took the lion from their crest and made this design in honor of the William the Silent.
